Product Description

Spindle less Core Veneer Peeling Line
This machine is used for the low speed rotary cutting of softwood with diameter lower than 450mm, easy to operate.

Feature: 
1.Touching screen control system. You can set all kinds parameters in this system, and language showing in this controlling screen, can be translated into your country's own language.
2. The linear speed of host machine and thickness of the core veneer can be adjusted.
3. Servo feeding motor. 
4. Automatic lubrication system. Ensure machine running stable, so the using life of the machine is extended.
5. Feeding system is designed into leading screw and screw nut which is made from alloy. It guarantee feeding system synchronizing go forward and backward, so the veneer is in same thickness and smooth surface.          
6. Min. diameter of the wood core after peeling is 24mm, can max. help save wood log material.

Double transmission

Our mechine double-roller and sin-gle-roller each wear two motors, whichhave more power. machine adopts thedouble-roller movement mode, theveneer is evenly cut out, with an accuracy of ±0.01mm, and the remaining tail sheets are automatically trimmed.

Servo feeding motor

Our feeding motor and clipping motor adopts Futian Servo motor. It is better than other brand servo motor. The accurate feeding will make veneer thickness more even, and clipper servo motor gives an accurate cutting width.

Add according to customer needs

Considering that there are customers who require rotary cutting of veneers of different sizes, we can add vertical knives to the rollers according to customer requirements.

 

Lead screw

The lead screw is protected by a shellon the outside, dust and wood shavwill not enter the lead screw, the feeding screw is soaked in oil, that can avoid the screw to be rust, can extend the working life.
