Intelligent thickness detecting

Detect core veneer thickness and cut uneven thickness part. Improve core veneer quality. Mechanical positioning is firm and accurate, no damage and non-contact measurement;

Servo feeding motor

Our feeding motor and clipping motor adopts Futian Servo motor. It is better than other brand servo motor. The accurate feeding will make veneer thickness more even, and clipper servo motor gives an accurate cutting width.

 

Lead screw

The lead screw is protected by a shellon the outside, dust and wood shavwill not enter the lead screw, the feeding screw is soaked in oil, that can avoid the screw to be rust, can extend the working life.
